Anji Bai Green Tea: The Umami Essence from the Heart of the Bamboo Sea

Anji, Home to the Boundless Bamboo
The Anji Bai Green Tea, as umami as chicken soup, is planted and grown in overlapped mountains with shrouded mist and surging clouds.
Anji is renowned for its clean air, pristine water, and unpolluted soil, while the Anji Bai Green Tea produced by China Tea(Longguan) are sourced from Huangdu Village, Xilong Town, which is recognized as one of the core producing areas of Anji Bai Green Tea.
Anji Bai Tea is not classified into White Tea, it is actually a premium species as a result of the tea plant undergoing a whitening process. From the perspective of production process, it belongs to unfermented green tea.

"White leaf No. 1" is a "low-temperature sensitive" tea tree variety. When the air temperature drops below 23°C, the tea buds and leaves present tender white in color.
Due to the low content of chlorophyll in low-temperature environments and more synthesized amino acids contained, it tends to possess an extraordinarily fresh, sweet, and enchanting taste. Its unique charm, making itself standing out among other green teas, can be descried as a trace of ethereal fragrance drifting away from the snow-covered bamboo grove.
Find a place to drink tea outdoors, where white clouds unfurl freely in the sky and spring water flows leisurely through the mountains. Bringing a cup of new crop tea to your lips, one truly feels the sentiment of Tao Yuanming, a ancient Chinese poet: "For a long time I was caged up, now I return to nature again"
Basking in the spring light, brew a cup of Anji Bai Green Tea. Mingled with the scents of bamboo and orchid, the elegant aroma unfolds steadily. The awakened tea leaves release a fresh, sweet flavor, with almost no bitterness or astringency, as if a spring breeze is brushing across the tip of the tongue.
