In 1955, the company cooperated with the Fujian Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to conduct scientific research on white tea.

 

Nowadays, China Tea(Fujian) operates four advanced automated large-packaging refining process production lines, and one small-packaging automated canning line. Back in 1992, the company independently researched and designed its first automated oolong tea production line ,which was completed and built through the partnership with its Japanese strategic customer in 1994; in 1997, the second line was built through the two parties; in 2001, first automated jasmine tea blending line was independently designed and built by the company.

In 2010, the company had its update project Phase 3 completed, and put into operation, while the third automated oolong tea production line was jointly built by the company and the Japanese strategic customer the same year. In 2017, the Phase 4 expansion was completed, signifying the success of jasmine tea and white tea refining process production line, which were both self-designed and established by the company.

Automated Small-Pack Canning Line and Dozens of Modern Tea Bag Packaging Machines. The jasmine tea canned products coded 1033 and 1032 were born here.

In 2022, China Tea(Fujian) established an exclusive black tea production line, using advanced automation and intelligent system. The manpower was replaced with machines and automation to reduce workforce, and significantly increase production capacity.

For decades, the company has long been committed to enhancing tea blending skills, and modernized processing technologies. Industrialized, intelligentized, and standardized methods are using to improve traditional production in many aspects. The company has independently developed numourous industry-leading automated production lines, securing dozens of equipment technology invention patents, and utility model patents, driving tea production toward clean, automated, and intelligentized operations.

The company’s annual capacity has now reached 17kts per year, forming a multifunctional“consumer experience factory”that integrates production, research and development, testing, warehousing, consumer experience, and tasting.
