Teaware: White porcelain Gaiwan or Yixing purple clay teapot

Water Temperature: Boiling water above 95°C is best

Water Quality: Purified water or low-mineral natural spring water

Ratio: Suggested 1:18 to 1:21 tea-to-water ratio (10g tea / 180-210mL water)
