In July 2025, following a series of rigorous inspection procedures, China Tea Puerh tea successfully passed the certification audit, and officially obtained the Halal Product Certificate issued by the U.S.-based IFANCA.

IFANCA short for the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America, is a non-profit educational Islamic organization. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Chicago, USA, it has offices in Europe, Canada, Malaysia, Pakistan, and China. It primarily provides Halal certification service for manufacturers of food ingredients, food additives, and nutritional products. Being "professional, efficient and faithful," IFANCA is committed to promoting Islamic food and nutrition concept worldwide and is ranked among the world's renowned international Halal certification bodies.

The Halal Product Certificate issued by IFANCA are recognized by most Muslim countries globally. IFANCA is also a member of the World Halal Council (WHC). To date, over 6,000 companies worldwide have obtained Halal certification through this organization, with more than 600 in China. Most of them are exporters and joint ventures.
