Tea Appreciation:

Step 1: Observe the dry tea. Dark Brownish in color, with tight strips.

Step 2: Brew tea soup. Bright and orange-yellow

Teaware:

Kung Fu Tea white porcelain Gaiwan set or Yixing clay teapot.

 

Water Temperature:

Boiling water above 95°C is highly recommended.

 

Water Quality:

Purified drinking water or natural spring water low in mineral content.

 

Tea Amount:

Brew 8.5g of dry tea in a 120ml or 150ml Gaiwan.

 

Steeping Time:

5–15 seconds for the first 3 infusions, extend by 5–10 seconds for each subsequent steep from the 4th brew. Tea amount and steeping time can be adjusted according to personal tasting preference.
