5-Year Aged Silver Needle

• Crafted with 2021 first-picked spring single bud of Fuding Dahao and Fuding Dabai varietals from high mountain tea gardens.
• Processed using traditional white tea techniques.

• Naturally aged for five years in dry warehouse at ambient  temperature.

The tea buds are plump, robust, full, even and uniform, and coated in silvery-gray to yellow hair with subtle brown body. It releases delicate pekoe and aged fragrance interwoven with sweet honey notes. On the palate, it delivers rich, mellow, and silky texture with dense mouthfeel and pronounced aged lingering charm, infusing into brilliant amber liquor.

5-Year Aged White Peony

• Sourced from Fuding, Zhenghe and Songxi, the core producing areas of White Tea. Carefully select 2021 fresh tea leaves of Dabai, Dahao varietals from high mountain tea gardens, one bud, one or two leaves.
• Naturally aged for five years in dry warehouse at room temperature.

It boasts a natural, even, uniform dry tea appearance. The tea buds are visible and in brownish color. The tea liquor is orange red in color, delivering rich, mellow flavor underscored by pronounced aged depth.

5-Year Aged Gong Mei

• Selected 2021 Caicha group species of high mountain tea gardens in Jianyang, Fujian; one bud, one or two leaves in early spring.
• Crafted using traditional white tea processing techniques to preserve the natural property of tea leaves.
• Naturally aged for five years in dry warehouse at room temperature.
• Blending technique is introduced.

The dry tea leaves are natural, uniform, even, delicate and tender, with yellow-brownish color, and tiny white hairs. It brews into brilliant, clear orange-yellow tea liquor that radiates pure, intense aged aroma with  comforting cereal note. The taste is silky smooth, sweet and crisp.

5-Year Aged Shou Mei

• Selected from the tender tips or leaves of tea trees in the 2021 white tea core production areas of Fujian's Fuding, Zhenghe, Songxi, and Jianyang high mountain tea gardens in Fuding, Zhenghe, Jianyang and Songxi, all are core producing area of Chinese White Tea.
• Crafted using traditional white tea processing techniques.
• naturally aged for five years in dry warehouse at room temperature.

Natural shape, the yellow-brown color shows fine, tiny buds; the aroma carries a hint of aged fragrance. The liquor is clear brownish-yellow, and the taste is mellow and smooth. The brewed leaves are unfurled and evenly arranged.

Brewing Tips

Teaware: Purple clay teapot or gaiwan is recommended.

Water: It is recommended to use clear, low-hardness mineral water.

Water Temperature: Boiling water at 100°C.

Brewing Instructions: Warm the teaware first, then add tea leaves. Pour in boiling water at a tea-to-water ratio of approximately 1:50. Steep for 1 to 3 minutes before serving.
